Widows...
You know, in our immediate circle of friends here in Nashua, we have a number of folks who on NYE were given the title of "Magic Widows".
Well, unfortunately, there is a whole other group of widows. We are the Computer widows. The ones who are not paid any attention to, forgotten about, and dismissed because we don't come equipped with an LCD display and a QWERTY.
Tonight, I sent a note to fellow widow that ended with:
"thus we can avoid the unfortunate side affects of "Boyfriend Geek Brain", which are known to include absentmindedness, quantum shifts and attraction to small shiny objects."
Tis sad, but true.
Sigh.
