Just got back from "Wicked." It was awesome. Ana Gasteyer from SNL played the lead, and she was incredible.
Took the Mensa test yesterday. Oh, my. The time limit for each section was insane. Like, 4 minutes was the time limit for most sections with anywhere from 15-20 questions. I have never in my life finished a test without time left, but this one there was a section where the proctor called time, and I still had 3 questions to go. So, I just marked C-C-C, playing the odds that one might be right. I will be absolutely shocked if I actually qualify. I left feeling dumber than when I entered.
Gary has his physical on Tuesday. He is deathly afraid of needles, so his doctor gave him a pill to take to calm him down before the test. So, since he'll be all doped up, I am taking the day off of work to drive him to his appointment. He is freaking out already. He keeps telling me how he read on the Internet that people have died of cardiac arrest while giving blood, due to their immense fear. And how I should feel bad when he does because I keep telling him he's overreacting. My Lord. What a Drama Queen.
