Monday Morning - Geoff and Loz - NFB-NWS

NFB due to location. NWS for nudity.Monday morning. Loz awoke with an annoyed snort. The sun, bright and clear on a pretty day, sliced through the curtains, and managed to nail him across the eyes. "Mmm..."

Geoff lay still for a few minutes, enjoying waking up to a strong hand stroking across his skin. "Morning," he finally murmured, his voice muffled against the pillow.

"Morning," Loz said. He burrowed further against Geoff and wrapped an arm around his waist, pulling Geoff closer. "Warm."

Laughing softly, Geoff turned and wrapped around Loz. "Why thank you, good sir. I do believe that's a compliment."

He pulled the covers closer around them. "Will we be staying in bed all day then?" he asked teasingly.

"No, as much as I would like that, someone has to return to the real world," Loz groaned at the surge of warmth the blankets and he burrowed deeper. The warm was very nice, the body pressed against him was nicer. "Just a few more minutes..."

"All right," Geoff chuckled again. "A few more minutes."

He snuggled closer as well, pressing his face against Loz's hair. "It is nice."

Loz was still wrapped around Geoff, his hands busy touching all over the bare body in front of him. It wasn't sexual, just a touch for touching's sake. There was a question he wanted to ask and he wasn't sure if he really wanted the answer.

But curiosity won out. "So...how was your weekend?"

"Mmm..." he says again. "It was good, Loz. I enjoyed myself. And the company was particularly nice."

Sighing contentedly, Geoff says in a quiet voice, "Loz, can I ask you a question?"

"Sure," Loz said. He sounded more confident than he possibly felt but he wasn't about to let on.

After a second's pause, during which Geoff gathered up his courage, he said, "What is it that you see in me? That makes you want to hang around me, I mean. Not that I'm complaining. It's just...I'm an unlikely sort of choice for you."

Loz wasn't really expecting that question. "I don't know. Maybe," he shrugged and lifted to rest on his elbow, looking down into Geoff's face. "Maybe, it's because you aren't anything like me. I mean..."

He frowned as he considered how to answer that question. "You make me laugh. You have an incredible voice. You're smart. You're sensitve." His fingers traced over Geoff's cheekbone. "You're very nice to look at, you're great in bed. I guess...it just all fits in this great package and I just like that."

Geoff looked very flattered, even blushing a little. "Thanks, Loz. I...guess that wasn't really a fair question to ask someone, was it? It just..." He shrugged. "I guess it just surprises me that you'd find me at all interesting. But I'm glad you do."

Leaning up a little, Geoff gave him a quick kiss. "We probably should be getting up, shouldn't we."

"Yeah. Up. Shower. Head back." Loz said with a grin. "I got everything I came for," and then some he thought to himself. "Thanks. You know...for coming with me. Made it fun for me."

"It's been fun for me too, Loz. Thank you for bringing me along. Made for a really enjoyable holiday."

With another quick kiss and a grin, Geoff rolled out of the bed.

"I'm calling the first shower, unless you'd care to join me."

"Sharing the shower will make it faster," he grinned wolfishly at the naked man. Sliding out of bed, once on his feet, he stretched high overhead, joints popping loudly.

"Very true," Geoff answers from the bathroom. "And we do need to get back into town before dark, anyway. If we share, we won't have to skip breakfast."

He sticks his head back around the door, grinning and raising an eyebrow. "So what are you waiting for?"

"Waiting for you to get your ass in the shower," Loz said, strolling into the bathroom behind him.
