yeah, so i 'effing hate arrogant a**holes. !! . i called up apple because a fan on my laptop is going back and making nasty ill fan noises, and more importantly, making my comp lag. so i finally get someone on the phone, and as soon as he hears a female voice, he puts on this "you're a chick, you don't know jack about computers, so i'm just going to pacify you" type voice..... so i'm trying to explain to the guy what i think is going on, and he tells me he thinks it's my harddrive. ............. this is most definitely not my hd. if it were, *shakes head* ... yeah.... it's not. so he finally tells me to take it to computer pros, and that they would listen to it and tell me whether it was something i needed to get fixed. !!!!!!!!!!!! what a ******* idiot!!!! i don't normally just sit around calling tech support simply for the fun of being put on hold. ARRRRRGGGHH!!!! so i'm pissed. but i feel a little better now. well not really, but i'll get over it. -l
