Just as I ask for a specific category of fic, someone posts a new one that fits perfectly:
now is the winter by vixys - It's a really fabulous fic about Jonas Quinn on Langara after the Ori took over. The prose is as crisp and hard as the winter Jonas is going through and the world is fully realized with vibrant characterization. It's Jonas and it's *awesome* and it's the story I've been wanting (and now no longer have to write - even if the version in my head was different, I LOVE this one) since the throwaway line about Langara falling.
