Aw, that was sweet. Great Jack fic. :)

Jack wondered idly where they'd found bike shorts that could contain the Jaffa's thighs.

o.O See, now I have visions of Teal'c in bike shorts in my head. Which is disturbing. And also kind of sexy.

Black Ops soldiers with blood on their hands and records so classified even they can't read them weren't supposed to fly desks - they weren't supposed to live that long.

Oh, man, that says a lot about Jack and the way he sees himself. That man has a history that most people wouldn't want to think about.

Thanks!

Yep :) I was just going to write about the geezer bike...but then I realized they had to be wearing proper clothes, especially Teal'c :)

That man has a history that most people wouldn't want to think about.

No kidding. I swear, even if he only did half the stuff the show claims or implies he'd be super-human. He should be a walking PTSD time bomb and then some.

I'm glad you liked it! Thanks for commenting...now to go write about Sam and Daniel like I'm supposed to...

Awwww, very cute!

Carter had knocked over Daniel's tower and he retaliated by dumping the can of paint over her head.

Great image.

The last one was my favorite. Yay for Hammond.

"Just thought I'd call and see how my old desk was doing."

"Oh, you know, sir, I make sure it stays polished. Feel free to stop by and check on it,

*grins from ear to ear*

So Jack, so Hammond.

Thanks!

Great image.

I seem to have developed a thing for fingerpaint - this isn't the first fanfic where I've included it. Funny, since I don't have any memories of playing with it as a child.

I glad you liked the Jack & Hammond - I love the understanding between those two - Hammond is really a mentor to Jack in some ways, and it's so fitting Jack takes his position.

"And then they made Teal'c their king for a day!" Daniel announced, interrupting her. "And threw a big party to celebrate."

"King?" Jack asked, raising an eyebrow at Teal'c who nodded in assent. Damn, he missed all the fun.

Hee... I can just see the look on Jack's face here. Nicely done. :-)

You know he was standing there thinking "If I was still on SG-1 I could have been king! Why am I flying a desk again? Maybe there was cake...maybe they brought me a piece..."

Thanks! I'm glad you liked it.

Jack hurried through his office and down the stairs, ignoring the protest in his knee, so he could reach the bottom of the ramp in time. The iris opened and the team stepped through - all of them walking, grinning slightly after a successful mission. Safe. "Welcome home," Jack said with a smile.

Awesome. All of it ^__^

Sweetness! Very very Jack, and LOL at some of SG-1's antics here. I love every one of them. :)

I'm still amused by how much I managed to work Sam and Daniel friendship into a piece that was supposed to be about Jack. I am DOOMED.

I'm glad the humor worked and that you liked it.
Thanks!
