Summary: She has control of their world, their story.
A/N: Was inspired by a prompt, "Imagine you have a touch of magic, and can make impossible things happen. What would you do?" Also inspired by the episode title, "The Man in the Bottle".
She giggles to herself. She has this whole world to play with, to do as she wishes, and it’s exhilarating. Her pairings, her favorite characters, her least favorite characters-they’re all under her control.
It’ll be so easy to force Yukimura and Sanada together, to have her one true pairing together, but it’s so much more entertaining to force Sanada into awkward situations before finally letting him have Yukimura.
Her friends don’t know about this power she has, and she prefers it that way. They don’t understand the characters like she does, and they’ll ruin it if she lets them touch her characters.
She grins to herself as she watches all the boys interact with each other. Those female characters that get in the way of her gay ships are absent, away from her characters. She doesn’t need them-they never had a purpose except to tease straight ships-so she doesn’t feel bad for pushing them out of her story.
It’s easy to let the story go on its own after that, subtly nudging it here and there just to ensure her favorite pairings end up together. Once in a while, she’ll add an obstacle-another boy, a tragedy, something like that-just for the drama.
She pairs some of the girls together just so they’re not lonely. She likes one of the pairings, but she prefers seeing hot boys making out. The girls are neglected, and they learn how to be self-sufficient, unlike the boys whose lives are being interfered with more often than not the longer the story plays out.
Some of the boys get traumatized by her schemes, a small price for full control. Some of them try to kill themselves, only to be brought back by her because she’s not done with them. She doesn’t want them to die early-she wants a happy story.
