One Month Mark!
Congratulations, everyone! It's been a whole month since we first started this place and we're still going strong! I hope you all have been enjoying it as much I've loved seeing everyone playing! =D
Now, how do you feel about dressingroom wide events? While this may make you skeptical, hear us out. We don't have that many new players coming around. The dressingroom is a relatively small group of people and is more like a roleplay without applications, where anyone can just jump in and have fun as much or as little as they like. (So I guess we're not a real or at least typical dressingroom. XD;) This makes for a perfect setting for this sort of thing.
The events wouldn't exactly be a thing that you're required to take part in. amityville has been part of a roleplay in the past that allowed players to opt out and pretend as if it weren't happening while others were immersed in whatever the event was. It would be solely up to you whether you want a character or two to be thrown into the mix. Really, though, it could be really fun and add a new dimension to the dressingroom. I hope this would give us more to post about and keep it from dying out just because we've all run out of ideas for posts. I'm terrible at coming up with posts. .__.
We're debating having an event every month. They would last around a week or so, giving everyone a fair share of activity. Comments on this? Again, you will be allowed to opt out of events, so it's not like you'll be required to take part every month.
We already have some ideas for events, though we would also love to have suggestions from you all. This is your dressingroom! Help us make it what you want it to be. If it's decided that events are allowed, we'll figure out some way to allow you to send us ideas and organize them all.
If you can, would you be so kind as to elaborate on the reasoning behind you decision? I love to hear everyone's thoughts on these kind of things! :o
