(no subject)
almost killed me and lucie tonight while pulling out of the brightstar diner. I blame both my poor driving skills and these goddamn contacts. oh well. we saw Shrek 2, laughed a lot and she paid half for my pack of cigarettes and fattened me up. lovely girl :) and not just because of the paying, suga mama. lol
Kill Bill Vol. 1 was amazing, and not just because of the title, although that does make me giggle. haha. and there are some OTHER LIVEJOURNAL FRIENDS that would AGREE WITH ME about that. But I think that it was really empowering to women to see a female protagonist that can pack the power to the punch, kick, oh yeah, and slash of the Hatori Hanzo samurai sword. Tarrantino is amazing in a totally chic, rockabilly sort of way. But I have to admit, I am not desensitized to the violence enough to not be freaked out at the overdose part of Pulp Fiction, which I just viewed the other night. All I have to say is wow, especially since I was semi-fuctup while viewing it and had to go home straight after.
Got my letter that says when I have to meet with the judicial affairs woman. great. oh well. whatever. nevermind. as long as I don't get kicked out I'll be happy. at least my grades are good. still. eek.
lets see if I can sleep without a cigarette tonight, although I'm confident that I can. I'm good for a day and a half without smoking.
