I'd put this on ebaydrama but my journal's inactive enough as things are
I won a pair of €2 auctions from this guy on March 13th. It's now May 7th, and when I logged in to eBay I noticed my feedback had gone down by 2. This guy left me negative feedback twice, and despite it being from the same guy I went down -2 instead of -1, which is what usually happens. I'd just be mildly pissed if he had any justification for this but he really doesn't.
When I won the items I forgot I hadn't paid and he sent me no payment reminders. The invoice had expired, so I emailed him requesting his PayPal address, which would allow me to forward the cash his way instantly. I would have done this. The email was necessary because this genius didn't include his PayPal address in the auction descriptions. Isn't that the most obvious thing? He's worse than the guys who don't tell you how much postage is, except he's considerably more stupid, because the postage guys can then overcharge you. What can he do, not receive payment?
He replied to my email.

Yeah, incredibly observant except that
1) I can still use PayPal to pay you.
2) It wasn't registered for two days one week because I was late in paying eBay fees. They have since been paid. It was just a couple of days.
3) When I emailed him I'd resolved this - I'd paid the fees and my account was up and running.
So I mailed back basically asking politely for his PayPal address, explaining the above points as clearly as I could. No fucking reply.
As I mentioned earlier, I woke up today to find:

I can't believe this. "Half the time"? Two days out of the 10 months I've been reigstered. "Very shady", why, because I was short of cash for a brief amount of time? I paid eBay, my account was reactivated and it wasn't active for an EXTREMELY SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. Not that it's any of his business. "Poor communication" says the guy who didn't reply to my emails. What a wonderfully pleasant character.
I am seriously seething right now. He's been given another polite email asking if we can come to some kind of mutual agreement where both my negatives are removed once I've paid him. I've told him he needs to give me his fucking PayPal address and I haven't dished out any "revenge" feedback. Not yet at least, I'm waiting for his reluctance to remove my negatives.
He is a complete pillock. It gave me -2 as well, that hasn't happenened before from the same user. This is probably the most justified of my 4 negative feedbacks and I think it really isn't fair, especially when you consider he said "poor communication" after I didn't get a payment reminder. The other 3 have been cases where I promptly paid/sent items out and the other guy was just a vindictive bastard because it wasn't sent priority mail with a tracking number overseas for their $2, or that I didn't incldue their 3% PayPal fee which they aren't even allowed to charge. Instant negative right there.
