1. Open your image.

2. Go to Image ->Adjustments ->Curves ->RGB and set it like this -> Input: 141,Output: 187 ( it has to be lighter like this:

3. Duplicate Layer and set it to Overlay mode 67%

4. Go to Layer ->New adjustemnt Layer ->Curves -> RGB and set it like this : Input: 92, Output: 136 (to look like this :

5. Go to Layer ->New adjustemnt Layer ->Hue/Saturation : Saturation +20

6. Go to Layer ->New adjustemnt Layer ->Selective Colors: Reds: -70,-30,-27,+22
Yellows: -60,-27,-27,-28
Neutrals: -16,-4,+21,+13

7. Go to Layer ->New adjustemnt Layer ->Hue/Saturation : Saturation +13

8. Go to Layer ->New adjustemnt Layer ->Color Balance: Midtones: +10,0,-3
Highlights: 0,0,0
Shadows: -12,0,+10

9. Merge layers and that is all ;).It should look like this :
