Author's note: Since I seem to be on a drabble spree lately, here's one about Jean-Claude's other favorite pastime
Jean-Claude’s eyes widened and he gazed at the newcomer with obvious delight, taking in the sunlit skin, the rich mahogany curls, the slim but fit physique, and those wonderful tricolored eyes. A speculative smile curved his mouth, and I sighed. I knew Papa would do this as soon as he met my new boyfriend. He’s so predictable.
“Welcome, monsieur. What a pleasure to finally meet you,” he practically purred.
“Pleased to meet you, sir,” Giovanni answered, then muttered aside to me, “Please tell me your father isn’t thinking...”
“No,” I said quickly, then smiled resignedly. “He’s just planning your wardrobe.“
