I am not being paid enough for the job I am doing. I am working my ass off, driving 2 times as far as everyone else I work with, and paying 3 times the amount in gas.
If it is busy and someone other than me is working, one of the managers will stay with them. But as soon as I get here they leave. And I can be slammed, and have my maintenance person helping me to the best of her ability. Then I get yelled at for not doing things correctly, or coming across rude, when I don't mean to, it is just that I am too busy to spend 30 minutes with each person.
I am just waiting for the new hotel close to home to get closer to opening then I can apply there and maybe go in as some sort of manager. With a pay raise and not having to drive as far, maybe I would be able to move out of my parents house sometime in this century.
