there is not much i can say that will be new about this topic. Glen Greenwald at The Guardian, who broke the story's current episode, always covers all the salient, important stories related to this debacle. his most recent piece points to an article in the International Business Times, FISC Will Not Object To Release of 2011 Court Opinion That Confirmed NSA’s Illegal Surveillance, that makes a damning point of the current administration's illicit activity.
