Ha! Yeah I usually wear skirts or dresses to work even though I don't have to, but they are much more comfortable than my jeans which are, unfortunately, much too tight on me!
Good article! I have been saying for the past few years that I should go get a library card but I never do. I guess it's just laziness. I spent a huge percentage of my childhood in the local library since I lived just a couple blocks up the street from it. I must make myself go to the local library soon & sign up for a card. I must! I must!

Yes... of course, the Patriot Act now does make it legal for the Justice department to search library and bookstore records. They claim that they haven't done it *yet*, but I am sure Ashcroft is dying to.
I remember that my old-lady coworkers at the U of Montana library were scandalized because I put a slip that said "Hold for Heather" in some sex book that they were cataloging. Ha. Well, it was a good book! Knowledge is power. I don't care.
