(no subject)
I got a lot accomplished on Tuesday...
got a new battery for my car (can you believe I was still on the original battery after SIX years of owning that car?!?!)
got an oil change and air filter change
got new windshield wipers blades (these fuckers are bad ass. I paid like $30 for them, but maaaaaaan do they ever clean my windows nice!)
finally accepted that my hair isn't going to just up and be blonde anymore and that I actually DO like the color of my hair.
ok, I guess it wasn't A LOT. but screw off, okay.
We got our schedules for the week of thanksgiving yesterday. I get to work the weekend before (thank god not the weekend after) and someone goofed on the schedule and put me down for a PTO day the day before thanksgiving with my day off on tuesday (3 days off in a row?!?! EEEEEEE!!!)
Being the respectful employee I am, I thought it best to bring the minor mishap to management's attention stating "I didn't ask for Wednesday off, but I'll take it if you wanna give it to me!" I don't think I'm going to be fortunate enough to get to keep wednesday off. boo.
I bought a whole slew of new facial care products from this japanese company called DHC. So far, I hate the moisturizer I bought and plan on returning it along with the makeup remover. I also bought some dead sea shit that has been working quite well. Just in time for winter weather. I wont look washed out and gross.
Tomorrow I get to go to grand rapids (for the first time ever in life) and be a merch girl for the Docile Bodies.
Nick and I are getting "family photos" done at olan mills sometime soon. Probably within the next two weeks. Make sure you send us your addresses for christmas cards!!!
