Happy 20th, CHC!
So many things to sayyyy but so little time \:
Happy birthday chc! And thank you charis for inviting me back when we were in primary sch! :D I never imagined i'd actually be part of such a wonderful family :)) It makes the entire week worth going thru and saturdays are the bestttt <3 The moment you step into the hall, you feel as though you're liberated and you can just leave everything unto God's hands. Plus without chc, i wouldn't have come to know e30/n431 <3 love you guys! Haha neither would i have listened to speakers like nick vujicic, dr ar bernard, pst phil pringle, pst kong!!! and of 'cos i don't think i'd be where i am today. There won't be prayer meetings, hunger for God, hunger for a revival. Nor will there be peace in the heart. I won't be washed clean nor changed. And change doesn't happen overnight. Like what dr. ar bernard mentioned before, we're like wounded healers. Yeah and i think it's so beautiful how God uses ppl. Right after each service you can hear cell groups celebrating birthdays with loud cheers of "God is blessing you now!" Dinner will be next! Haha and it's so fun, everyone eating tgt ^^ OH. And queueing. Omg it's the best when you're with the right company. Emerge/asia conference/fop/20th anniversary queues! Anw when i first started out, things weren't easy. But i think it was love and care that like changed my parents' opinions of church. Things are def. better now and i gotta thank the cg for that. (: It was you guys who made sure my sisters and i reached home safe and sound each time after dinner. Yupz and omggg i really miss cg outings haha. Ah chc is just full of love. And i think it has made my heart bigger too. And omg i really love God, thank You for everything. And everytime i leave church i just feel so lifted up. It's like imagined communities. We're just this big family. I really love this house. (: And if chc isn't love, idk what is. So here's wishing chc a very happy 20th anniversary and many more to come :) 30000!
We were lucky today 'cos we queued at 7am and managed to get seats! The whole indoor stadium was really packed ttm and there were ppl still stranded outside :\ It felt as though the whole singapore was inside the stadium LOL. We got our placards too haha and the crystal block! It was mostly praying i think? I can't rmb which was 1st/2nd svc D: stml. 2nd svc was great ^^ you could see the church 20 years back then plus everyone's retro look. And omg omg the children's band!!! OMG. The guitarist is like super cute and he's so tiny and omg he rockkks. The children are all so cute and on fire it's so awesome lah :) YAYZ. Okay thn thn.. i can't rmb D: Okay fast forward! So we sang that's what friends are for plus plus the balloons :D Until aloy killed them all. had lunch at suntec at.. 4? Wah super hungry. And omg by the end i was like -_- hahah really tired. Take my hat off to those who stayed overnight to queue! Okay i think that's all.. i should be going :\ photos soooon!
