I really want to go to a fancy, posh Christmas party this year. An event where I need to dress up. Maybe sing some carrols, toast some cheer, and kiss santa under the mistletoe.

If anyone knows of one, please invite me to it. :) Otherwise I think this is going to be the least exciting christmas Ive had in a long while.

I always want to go to something like that, but i never know of any. I guess I need to wait until I am in the professional side of life to be invited to those things.

Chanele... I have thrown parties for all my friends birthdays and other events this year... Im secretly hoping they will do something for me, but I doubt it. My problem is that all my friends live back home, and I dont have a place to throw a good party back home. So Im leaving fate to the wind and hoping for the best, but expecting nothing, really.

I remember you were thinking of going somewhere tropical for the event. I hear you on the party thing. I am always organizing something, and I'd love to have something organized for me... but I know it won't happen!

Yes, I still want to travel, and Ive got the money saved up. But Ive discovered it is alot more expensive to travel during christmas, so Im thining of waiting until the offseason to go south.

As for yourself.. maybe throw some hints out there.. Ive been doing this myself. Be subtle in telling your friends that youd love to have a party.

They all know I'd love it, but they aren't really party people, plus the majority of my friends don't run int he same circles. It is ok. I may just get everyone together for a dinner or something.

What are you doing for your birthday this year??

I don't really have any plans aside from the normal. I am not traveling, as my parents have come out here, and we'll just do regular old stuff.
