I'm so obsessed with that Howie Day song "Collide" today. It used to be like, "Meh, it's a cool song." But now it's like, "OMG that song is REALLY good! Doo...doo...doo, doo!" Lol. I'm listening to it right now. I love that line "even the best fall down sometimes" because it's so fucking TRUE. I mean, take a good look at me. Omg, I'm so stoked. It's one of those songs at the moment that really just make you want to rip open your heart so your flood of emotions aren't contained in such a confined space. I'm sure Rach (elijahcrazed ) knows what I'm talking about with her guitar. Love ya Rach. ;) Sewiously.
Wow. What a great tune. But let's be honest--the only reason why it's popular is because of those fucking "doo doo doo's" because that's really what makes a song. Check out that one song on I <3 The 90's--"Semi-Charmed Kinda Life" by Third Eye Blind. "I want something else, to get me through this, semi-charmed kinda life, baby baby, I want something else, I'm not listening when you say goodbyeeeeeee! *cut to the "doo doos"*" I mean, that's like, the whole frickin' song! Jeez.
