From the standpoint of an evolutionary paleobiologist - a question... could be used to start a debate - but i just kinda want to see the feelings of the members here...
Do you *believe* in evolution, or do you have some other view of how life came to be on earth? try to gear your answers from both the most primitive versions of life to humankind - because many people differ from one incident to the other...
also, for note, i put the word "believe" in stars because it really isn't the proper term, but it is the most commonly used with evolutionary theory. it doesn't make too much sense because no one would ever say they "believe" in the theory of relativity, or the theory of gravity... commonly, those theories are "accepted" or you "agree" with them... rather than "believing" them... because they are based on hard scientific fact (as is the theory of evolution).
