Man, if we're not ready for a female president, we certainly aren't ready for whatever might happen after Anderson is outed while campaigning....

In other news, will you be retiring your Wallace icon when he's playing for whatever crappy team will take him next year? Joe Dumars came off like Shogun Assassin earlier this week...I mean, I know Brown sort of left him in the lurch...but how isn't this sort of his fault? He hired Brown...and then hired him with the terminally incompetent Saunders...AND HE DRAFTED DARKO OVER CARMELO, WADE, AND BOSH.

(That said, Anthony is on the trading block, so why not hire Avery Johnson to coach and make some sort of trade with Prince/Wallace for Melo?)

I'm sure that would come as no surprise to most people, though I keep holding out hope that the rumors aren't true...if only to keep the illusion alive.

Regarding the Wallace icon: It will be a while before I retire it 'cause I love all things Sheed. That said, you do have a point about some of Dumars' missteps, but it could have been worse. We could have gotten the other twin midget (Isaiah) and then we'd REALLY be screwed.

He will prolly never live down that Milicic choice, nor should he..but Carmello is a little punk so maybe it was a personality thing.

I'd be down for Avery Johnson as head coach though. He may look like Jiminy Cricket, but he's pretty good. I'd like to see what he could do with the Pistons.

And though it pains me like hell...Team Celtics for the championship. (Damn. I think I just died a little inside.)

You know, most gay men think it's true, and I've found them to usually be right...nobody listened to them about George Michael.....

I can't believe anyone gave Isaiah a job after the Pacers debacle...Dumars is still one of the better GMs, I think...and Flip Saunders has a lot of people fooled...he'll probably have a job in Phoenix or Atlanta in a few weeks...at least he's basically a good guy and not pure evil (like Larry Brown, who is just another mistake for Michael Jordan, the terrible GM. I think they should get McHale, Jordan, Baylor, and Thomas together and let them start a second Hall of Fame for former players who were terrible at running teams.)

NOOO...not the Celtics! Kobe needs another ring! It's about time people who've cheated on their wives were able to prove that they aren't bad guys!
