[23 Victoria Lane] - Small apartment building
Sad news: My uberhood had died a heroic, mysterious death some time ago, I salvaged what I could but I have yet to dump everything back in place.
Good news: I'm in a mood to pretend to be architecture savvy :D !
Thus I present you my latest creation, which imitates a building in my neighbourhood and is a clone of a cramped flat I had viewed once. It's a house with two flats, one garage and one ~terrace~ . I'm awful with Maxis only content, thus I've thrown in quite a few custom stuff - none belongs to me and has been made by their respective creators. I own all EPs and SPs, if anything fails to work, leave me a comment. Enough of my rambling, one pic before the cut, rest + the download link dumped beneath.
