Do you think that what type your parents are has any baring on what type you become or are born as. It’s a question that has daunted me since I discovered Myers-Briggs. I always knew that I was nothing at all like my parents but when I learned that they were concrete guardians I understood why. The thing is my parents are ESFJ/ISFJ and I am a very confused INFJ. My sister in an INTP. It’s as if we had to band together in order to fight becoming jaded.

So are you born with your type? If so, is it genetic or does it have something to do with that thing we call a soul? Does your type kind of evolve within you, in order to help you fit your surroundings. Is it a little of both? ~mud
