last night.....*sigh*
it was such a fun and SEXY show. a list of what went on:
- i arrive and the troc has turned into Vegas on the inside. crowded but amazing.
- pole dancers all around constantly shakin' it
- some person onstage balancing things on his head and hands
- ridiculously expensive beer!
- an old elvis-ish lounge singer, sang a hilarious version of 'hey ya'
- some comedian who was apparently on the Jimmy Kimmel show, did his bit(not that funny)
- 4 super hot girls called "dirty little secret", barely dressed- did burlesque performances
- gambling tables upstairs(black-jack, craps, & poker i think)
- free beer from russell's friend, cause he used to work there, yes!
- drinking upstairs at the bar while vhs or beta played
- more burlesque dancing-so hot!
- and finally THE FAINT played and it was awesome! i was totally cramped upstairs but i still danced.
I had a good time, oh yeah the one thing that bummed me out is the faint didn't bring any merch with them AT ALL. so i couldn't buy a t-shirt or bag or anything... but i took a lot of other memorablia shit lying around. it was nuts.
