Year in review
Okay, I may not have posted enough this year to do this TOO in depth, but here's how I spent 2005.
JANUARY
Elliot Smith's XO had me going crazy still thinking about Rachel
My whole family got sick and drove each other nuts
Finally made space for Heather to really move in
Quit JC Penney, but not before getting a free watch
Winter had me going crazy with boredom
My computer was fixed...$500 later
I had my gigantic beard
Season 4 of 24 began and knocked our socks off
Finally saw Harold and Kumar, Garden State and Eternal Sunshine
Brianna called me a "hot boy"
Went back to RGIS, and started spending time with Diane's family
Went sledding with Blair and a very drunk Bradley
February
Got The two Bright Eyes records. Only Wide Awakw was listenable
Saw the Arcade Fire in Boston
Had a crazy night in Pat's apartment with Mattie, Brad and the guest of honor- Tequila.
I was kicked out of the house for the first time this year
Callie said she valued my soul
Passed out while fucking- never done before, and I haven't done it since....but wow was it funny.
Best Valentine's Day ever
Finally began communicating with Courtney
We had some Family Poker nights
Big games of February around here were Metal Arms and Fable
March
Bloc Party's Silent Alarm Had me going crazy
We finished the squares
The Corsica began it's decline, would die a few months later
Brianna rocked out to Franz Ferdinand
Saw the Tribute to George Harrison....became a big supporter of CPTV
Went to Latern Hill for the first time this year
St. Patrick's Day
April
Began spending time with Lindsey
Shaved my giant beard
Invented the "lovely Rita"
Saw Sin City- first movie Heather and I ever saw together
Finally got a copy of Apollo Sunshine's Katonah Haven't stopped playing it since
Brianna said I was "annoying"
Sheila said "no one likes Jarek" at work. A few weeks later, she was gone. Hmm....maybe no one liked Sheila?
"I may have fucked up morals, but I stick to them and I stand by them."
We began an excersise program....which we didn't waste any time abandoning it.
Heather became an expert at Super Monekyball
Beck's Guero showed he's still got it in his old age
I had my first and only anxiety attack
420 was spent at the beach
May
ETHAN. Best moment of the year, hands down.
All of Florida and the Bahamas. Great weather....lots of (underage) drinking. Lots of gorgeous women.

Bought Weezer's Make Believe Wish you could return cds.
Pat moved....across the street
Lost became the show to watch.
June
The Corsica officially deemed "un-drivable"
New car starts with some problems
Got Belle and Sebastian's Push the Barman to Open Old Wounds Only album of previously released material to make my top 10 for 05 list
Read Magical Mystery Tours: My Life With the Beatles by Tony Bramwell. Excellent book
I turned 21! And I thought I drank a lot for a 20 year old.
Started hanging out with Heather's Old Navy crew. Some of them are pretty fucking cool, but they're all girls so they now all hate each other.
Herman's Hermits in the Wolf Den
Pat had his first big house party of the summer. Worked the next day.
July
New Halo maps got me back into the game
Lots of Wolf Den shows, most of them awful
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory became Heather's and my favourite movie of the year
Spent a lot of time at the Mohegan Sun bars and discovered the magic of Karaoke night
Big fight with Jim at work, results in a raise for me
August
Coldplay in Hartford, but I was passed out for most of it
I fired someone
I beat the shit out of my brother for his negligent parenting. He's asleep right now while Brianna is playing, so it shows what good that did.
I finally cut off a year's worth of hair
Saw 40 year old Virgin and laughed for days
September
Spent 3 days in Long Island cooking eggs from the chickens in the barn. Lots of beaches and bike riding.
Plans by Death Cab satisfies
Twin Cinema by the New Pornographers completely blows your mind
Burlington....my dream location
Brianna turned 5!
October
Hockey season began, and ended for the Bruins.
Red Sox eliminated from the playoffs
Saw the New Pornographers and Immaculate Machine in Boston
Diana left RGIS
Spent Halloween working, so stopped by some bars and saw Incognito Sofa Love and a lot of drunken dressed up people
November
Heather turned 24 and was given Bright Eyes tickets and a NICE bowl
Bright Eyes played his best show I've seen
We spent Thanksgiving alone, cooking all day and then bringing it to a sick Pat
Andre had 3 kinds of headies.....and we smoke a lot....
December
Well not much to talk about. Christmas is next week and then New Year's Eve Herman's Hermits will be back in the Wolf Den
