ok loo inspired me to write..
let see in the last 2 weeks i have put an offer on 2 houses. the first one we didnt get 7 other people were bidding on it. then last week we put a bid on another one. the guy is dicking us around so i may just refuse him even if he accepts our counter offer. the counter was a verbal offer so there is nothing in a contract.
tomorrow we are looking at more houses.
hopefully we will find one we love and actually get it.
