As it turns out, they're probably not going to kick me out of grad school. Not that I thought that this was a realistic possibility, but, you know, in my moments of crazy stressed-out panic I was totally convinced that I was a failure. Thus far, I have had two professors assure me that I am not. Which makes this all a little more tolerable, I think.
