It's FRIDAY!!
Hurrah for almost having homework over the weekend, and then your boss realizing that the files she wanted aren't due for a whole week, so no homework! WOO! ((I was really scared of having to do homework, I'm so not interested))
Would have left here awhile ago but Deena is coming to visit ((one of our paid summer helpers, who we totally wanted to keep)) and we will talk about how grad school is going, and go on a TRP ladies outting to drink beers. HURRAH!! ((perhaps margaritas??))
I could use a break. Everything has been super stressful since my train tracks died and I've had to create a new schedule. The bus is definitely not as on time as the train, but so far it's actually faster. I just have to get to work way earlier to catch it and that's been messing with everything. It's been leading to me having to stay way later and working 11 or 12 hour days to meet with everyone. I am exhausted and so ready to chug beers.
My mother was also supposed to visit this weekend but we never got a chance to talk to plan it. Especially since I have my new commute that I'd have to show her how to do. I haven't been able to get in touch with her. Part of me is super sad and the other part is a little relieved, I love the woman but my energy has been drained for days and I really just want to sleep. Hitchings mother is also going to be sad because she wants to plan tons of mommy dates, but I could use a weekend free of her too ((I love her but this would make 3 weekends of hanging out in a row, and a lot of the time she doesn't want to let me go home))
