Just to even out the negativity of my last post, I'll share some upbeat and uplifting news.
After just a couple weeks of cardio dance (which involves LOTS of lunges) my butt is firmer and tighter. Also somewhat smaller, as I'm beginning to notice. It once again fits into my "skinny" jeans.
In the battle of Butt vs. Gravity, my butt is making one hell of a comeback.
(I know you're all thrilled and delighted beyond belief. It's ok. So'm I. LOL)
