Casbah brand organic cous cous w/ wild mushrooms to which I added Morningstar Farms fake steak strips (sauteed in olive oil w/ sliced Spanish onions), black olives (wishing they were Kalamata), garbanzo beans, and raisins. Unfortunately I am out of pine nuts and fresh mint or I'd have included those as well. Ah, the deprivation of being unemployed! :\

I am thoroughly enjoying it as we speak, sipping vanilla coffee, listening to Ali Project's "Aristocracy" album, and half-heartedly glaring at the persistent snowfall. (Only half-hearted, as I'm in far too placid & pleasant of a mood to put all of my energy into being irritated at the juxtaposed weather.)
