[“Yah! Stop. I’m a pregnant, hormonal woman with needs. Don’t start something you can’t finish.” ]

“Hey Lee, you got mail.” a voice called out from the bunk's door.

Donghae looked up from the book he was reading to glance at the person calling for him.

“Thanks Lieutenant.” Donghae said as he got up to collect his mail from said man.

“You’re one lucky kid Lee, not a lot of us get as much mail as you do.” the man said laughing and leaving the bunk.

“Lucky?” Donghae thought for a moment was he really lucky at all, all he got were fan letter encouraging him to stay strong and that he only had xxx amount of dates until his release.

He poured the mail bag over his bed and began to scan through the sea of letters the fans had sent in this time, all of them decorated flashy and striking in order to catch his attention. Donghae usually scanned through all the mail picked up a letter or two to read and put away the rest.

He picked up two letters like usual, one of them covered in sapphire blue stamps, the other decorated with neon colors. He was about to toss the rest of the letters into the mailbag when another letter caught his eye. This time the letter was not extravagant like the others it was not covered in neon colors or “OPPA PLEASE ANSWER ME” quotes, it was a simple baby blue enveloped wrapped in a silky white fabric with only the words Donghae-yah on it.

Donghae sat down on the bed after carefully putting the mailbag next to the other ones in his bunk. He scanned the letters again, the baby blue one particularly caught his eye much more than the other two.

“Donghae-yah!

I hope you get to read this. I tried my best to think of something creative to catch your attention but I ended up falling in love with this envelope because it just reminds me of babies.

I love you and I miss you so much, well we both miss you. I’m already 7 months along, the doctor showed me the baby in a 3D sonogram they performed a few days ago and he looks just like his appa.

We can’t wait to see you. Miss you. We love you.

p.s. I sent you some pictures of my belly and the sonogram. Hope you like them.”

“It was short, sweet and straight to the point just like you.” Donghae thought.

He pulled out the pictures from the envelope. The first one was of your belly when you were 4 months along. It was still hard to see but the bump was starting to grow. The next one was taken when you were 5 months along, the bump more visible this time, your hands over the belly caressing it. The difference between your fifth month and your sixth was extremely big, Donghae could see your belly had grown a lot it wasn’t just a bump anymore.

The last pictures in the envelope were the sonograms. Donghae slowly took them out and examined them carefully. He really does look like me he thought before putting the pictures away.

You’ve been in LA for almost 5 months now working on Ne-Yo’s album and everyday felt like a burden. You craved to be back home, in Seoul, with Donghae and the boys, the warm Seoul weather rushing through your hair, you missed Kona Beans and H&G, you missed Seoul period and you were looking forward to finishing the albums production to head back home.

“So wait you mean to tell me you’re flying back to Seoul tomorrow? Have you looked in a mirror woman? You wont even fit in the airplane chair.” Ne-Yo said very nonchalant one day at the studio.

“No shit Sherlock! Thanks for reminding me I'm fat. And yes I’m going home, this baby will be born in Korea even if I have to swim there.” you said as you threw a pillow at him.

“I’m just looking out for you. What if you go into labor on the plane ride there?” he said extremely serious this time.

“Thanks for adding to my insecurities Mr. know it all. But I’m still leaving.” you said as you picked up your pursed and walked out of the studio.

You drove back home not without stopping first at a Chinese restaurant along the way to get some bubble tea. You have had the weirdest craving during your pregnancy. First it was whipped cream, then strawberries followed by cakes and now bubble tea.

“Oh my god, I’m turning into Sungmin.” you suddenly thought as you slurped on your bubble tea.

You got home and quickly made your way to your bedroom, the faster I pack the faster I leave that was your motto. You were greeted by your mother who was kind of enough to start packing for you even before you got home.

“Aww mom you didn’t have to.” You said as you approached her and hugged her tightly.

“Well I know you sweetie and I know how badly you want to go back to Seoul so I thought I help out.” she said as she grabbed more clothes from the closet and threw them in the bed to fold them.

“Have you packed yours and dad stuff though?” you asked as you folded clothes and helped your mom.

“Yes honey. I did that before coming to do yours.” your mom said winking at you and smiling.

“Hey mom, I was thinking, you know all that stuff I bought for the baby.” you said folding some shirts and sticking them in the suitcase. “I was planning on leaving them here. I mean he has a room here already and he’s going to need clothes when he comes to visit grandma and grandpa.” You said smiling at the thought of having someone actually call your parents’ grandma and grandpa.

Your parents had been marvelous enough to convert an extra room they had into a baby room. It was already filled with lots of gifts you had gotten over the months from family members, friends and colleagues. Your parents had decorated it blue, cliché yes, but it was a beautiful sky blue with clouds designs all around and pictures of your sonograms and your belly hung all over the place.

After you were finished packing your dad helped bring the bags down to the car, since all of you were leaving bright and early they wanted to get everything ready for the morning.

“You should get some sleep honey, we have a long day ahead of us tomorrow” your mom said as stuck her head in the baby’s room to talk to you.

“In a minute.” You said as you walked around the room taking everything in. “In just a few weeks. I’m going to be a mom.” you thought as you walked out of the room turning of the lights for the last time.

Seventeen hours later, thanks to a delay in the LAX airport, you and your family arrived in Seoul. Breathing in the warm Korean air for the first time in months made you nostalgic but you pushed that thought aside and made your way out of the gate.

Since the boys where all busy Sungmin had been kind enough to drop off your car the night before at the airport parking. As soon as you all got in the car you noticed a post it stuck to the dashboard that read “call me when you land.”  Laughing at the gesture, you picked up your phone and dialed the too familiar number.

“Hello” you said as soon as someone picked up the other line.

“OH GOOD IT’S YOU.  How was the plane ride? Are you ok? You didn’t go into labor did you?” the voice on the other line said.

“I’m fine Sungmin-ah. We are on our way home already.” You said laughing at your friend who sounded like a hysterical mother a few seconds ago.

“Good.” He said this time a lot calmer.  “We are at rehearsals we’ll drop by after we are done ok.”

“Ujum see you guys then.” You said before hanging up and turning your gaze towards the window and admiring the sight.

The boys did come over that night and they brought food along with them. “So umma doesn’t have to cook” they said as they walked into the apartment.

All night long they took turns rubbing your belly and talking to the baby, telling them about how they wanted to meet him already and how they already taught of things to teach him.

The boys’ left early that night since they had to record a show early the next morning but they promised to come by after taping was over.

“We have to go baby shopping.” Zhou Mi said excitedly as they walked out of your apartment.

You didn’t wait for Zhou Mi to go baby shopping, the next day you and your mom went out to buy all the necessary stuff to turn your extra room into the babies room. The crib, mattresses, bibs, pampers, clothes you name it you got it.

Exhausted from the day’s activities, you laid on your bed once you got home and fell asleep shortly after only waking up when you heard voices coming from the kitchen.

“You’re awake.” Leeteuk greeted you as you walked into the living room.

“You guys are so loud even dead people would wake up” you said grumpily as you slid into the couch next to Sungmin.

“You didn’t wait for me to go shopping” Zhou Mi said suddenly as he walked out of the baby’s room towards you pouting.

“I’m sorry Mi, we can go clothes shopping later ok. I promised” you said extending your pinky finger towards Zhou Mi’s.

“Do you know when Donghae is going to be able to get time off” you asked Sungmin who was playing with Kyuhyun hair.

“Manager hyung said that they agreed on October 10th and they manage to get him two weeks off.” He said as he stoke Kyuhyun hair.

“But October 10th is a month away.” You thought sadly to your self as you watched the boys set up the crib and organize everything in the baby’s room.

Fortunately the month went by faster than you expected. You were so busy between OBGYN appointments shopping with Zhou Mi and getting everything ready for the baby arrival that you barely noticed that it was already October 9th.

“Manager hyung told me he was going to pick up Hae tomorrow at 9am and bring him here.” Sungmin said to you that night over dinner.

You couldn’t believe it you were finally going to get to hug and kiss Donghae again and be with him. You were so excited at the thought that you didn’t notice Sungmin yelling at you.

“YAH! Are you even listening to me.” he yelled out waving his hands in front of your face.

“I’m sorry what you say?” you looked at him apologetically hoping he wouldn’t get mad at your for spacing out on him.

“I said…” he said while he picked up his coat and put it on “don’t go into labor just yet.”

“I wont, I’ll hold it in.” you joked with him as he left your apartment.

“I’M HOME!” Donghae yelled out as he walked into the apartment throwing his duffel bag on the floor next to the door.

Your mother came rushing over to greet him. “Shhh she still sleeping.” She whispered to him as she hugged him.

“Oh. I’m sorry. I hope I didn’t wake her.” He said as he took off his shoes and tip toed to your shared bedroom.

To his delight you hadn’t heard him come him yelling and all. You were still fast asleep clinging onto a blanket he had bought you when you two were dating. He cautiously climbed into bed making sure he didn’t wake up and wrapped his arms around your waist.  You shuffled around a bit before finally turning over facing Donghae. He couldn’t help but smile at the sight in front of him.

“Hey.” he whispered carefully in your ear making sure not to startle you.

You opened your eyes slowly realizing that something or someone had a grip on you. Alarmed you tried to push away from it but couldn’t.

“It’s me.” Donghae said a little louder this time so you would calm down.

You finally stopped moving realizing that you knew that voice, that sweet velvety voice.

“DONGHAE! YOU’RE HOME.” you yelled out suddenly opening your eyes and throwing yourself onto him.

“Yes I’m home.” he said smiling as he wrapped his arms around your waist and kissed your neck.

“You know,….” he said as he left open mouth kissed all the way from your neck to your collar bone. “…the pictures you sent me don’t do you justice, you’re beautiful.”

You closed your eyes and relaxed in Donghae’s hold. You two hadn’t been intimate in the longest time and the way he was kissing you right now didn’t help at all.  You let out a moan loud enough to bring you back to reality.

“Yah! Stop. I’m a pregnant, hormonal woman with needs. Don’t start something you can’t finish.” You said as you playfully pushed him off.

“Who said I wasn’t going to finish it.” He said a smirk across his lips.

Just when he was about to grab you again and push you against him, your mom knocked on the door announcing that breakfast was ready.

“Saved by the bell.” Donghae said as he opened the door for you and walked with you to the kitchen.

The rest of the week was like that, you trying to pry Donghae off you and Donghae trying to jump your bones.

“I’m just trying to catch up with affection that’s all.” He said one night while the two of you watched a movie.

That night the boys decided to come over and have dinner with you all. Your labor day was approaching and they wanted to  “spend time with your belly before its gone.” as they so gracefully put it.

“Ouch.” You said as you washed the dishes with your mom.

“Honey you ok?” she looked at you worryingly.

“Yeah, I guess. I don’t know I just had the sudden urge to pee and I had a pain in my stomach.” You said as you put down the dishtowel you were holding and pointed towards where you had the pain.

“Honey, your water broke.” She said as you watched her go from pale to paler in a matter of seconds.  “We have to go to the hospital now.” She said as she grabbed your hand and walked you to the living room.

“Hospital NOW!” she yelled out to everyone in the living room before grabbing your bag and walking towards the door.

“What happened?” Donghae asked as he helped your mom walk you to the car.

“Water broke. Baby coming.” was all she managed to say.

In a matter of seconds you arrived at the hospital and they took you in giving you a private room.

“We called your doctor, she should be here in a few hours.” The nurse said as she walked out of the room after taking your vitals.

“HOURS. WHAT DOES SHE MEAN HOURS? I WANT THIS OVER NOW.” You yelled out in pain.

“Breath honey, labor usually takes a few hours, you have to calm down.” Your mom said as she caressed your hand.

“It hurts. I want it out NOW! Fuck!”  you yelled out.

“Good God she’s verbal.” Siwon said from outside the room when he heard you curse.

“As if you wouldn’t be if something was coming out of your penis.” Eunhyuk said as he paced back and forth imitating Sungmin.

“SHUT UP! You’re all making me nervous.” Sungmin yelled out as he bit his nails one more time.

“Ok everyone needs to calm down now. Been all worked up won't help her.” Leeteuk said as he sat down in the waiting room chairs.

“Baby baby calm down. Breathe. In and out. In and out.” Donghae said as he imitated a breathing technique.

“Let’s see how much she has dilated.” A nurse said as she walked in and lifted your rob and probed around your lower area. “ I would say around 5 centimeters. That’s good. It wont be long now.”

“It fucking hurts ok. I NEED SOMETHING NOW.” You yelled out to no one in particular as you gripped the sheets.

Donghae ran outside to the nurse station and asked them to give you some epidural to ease your pain. A few minutes after getting your epidural your pain started to ease down and you finally were able to relax.

“I have to check her again.” The nurse said as she made her way towards you. As she probed inside she smiled to herself. “ Yeah I say about 8 centimeters. I’m going to get your doctor, you’ll be pushing soon.” She said as she walked out and paged your doctor.

It took your doctor an hour to get to the hospital after she was paged. Your pain had come back and you were cursing like a sailor to say the least.

“There there I’m here. No need to be so vocal.” Your doctor said as she approached you and stuck her fingers in like the nursed had done previously.  “Good, you’re fully dilated, let’s get this show on the road.”

“I need you to push as hard as you can on my count ok. Ready 1,2,3 PUSH!” she yelled.

“Oh god it hurts, ahhhh.” You yelled back.

“Ok take a breath. We are going to go again ok. On my count 1,2,3 PUSH.”

“I can see the head baby.” Donghae told you as he held one of your legs up and looked down.

“Almost there. I need you to push extra hard this time ok. Ready 1,2,3 PUSH!”

The room was suddenly filled with cries and screams.

“Congratulations.” Your doctor said as she placed the baby boy on your chest so you could see him.

“Oh god he’s so beautiful.” You said crying while holding onto Donghae’s hand.

After the chaos had gone down and the nurses had cleaned up and they had brought the baby back, the boys came in to see the baby.

“Hey everyone.” Donghae said as he stood by your bedside holding your hand. Donghae motioned for the boys to move closer so they could see the baby.

"I want you to meet the new addition to our SJ family, Lee DongMin."

a/n: I'm so sorry for taking so long in posting an update, but I've had a lot going on lately.
a/n2: I had a hard time searching for baby names, trying to keep it all traditional and shit and I came across this one it means something along the lines of cleverness.
