Random Things
I'm going to see Wicked on Saturday. I'm so excited about this. Today, I made a dinner reservation at a restaurant near the Academy of Music called Tavern 17. It seems like a nice, trendy place with reasonable prices. I love nights out in the city. I don't get to go into the city often. I'm looking forward to it.
I am not looking forward to going back to school next Tuesday. Where did the summer go? At least I'll only be taking one class. I realized I don't need the other class I signed up for. You know what's crazy? The two books I need for my class aren't going to cost me an arm and a leg. Of course, I'm going to get them used, but still. This is almost unheard of at a college bookstore.
Randomly, I think I have a new fandom. I've really been getting into Scrubs lately. I've seen many episodes, but not nearly all of them. I happened to catch the pilot episode a few weeks ago on Comedy Central and I've been watching it every day ever since. I'm also watching it on Channel 17 (the former Philly WB station). Season three episodes are currently being shown on that channel. I even started collecting music from this show. That's proof of obsession right there.
