Mm mm hedgehog!
One of the restaurants Lea and I are thinking of going to in Vancouver is this one. Its prix fixe menu lists "HEDGEHOG MUSHROOM AND ARTICHOKE RISOTTO". I'm going to assume that there's something called a hedgehog mushroom as opposed to tiny hedgehog filets.
