It's his best friend, I'm afraid. It was almost depressing when he ate him at the end of rounds.

No, we aren't, actually. I've no idea how he got him here. He apparently came for a visit, but I'm not sure how that worked out. Can't really owl a dog, can you?

Maybe his fluffy doggie is also a genius.

Supposedly, it happens. My great-uncle Augustus likes to tell the story of his dog that could sort Howlers out of his post and destroy them on command. (Though, between you and me, I'm not sure how much truth there is to it.)

Ah, I see. I can't say I've ever had a dog like that. But I did have a dog who used to bark at my sister and freak her out, which, one might argue, is far more practical.
