it really hit me today...
I miss Spyk.... I hear he's off maybe in Arkansas... I hope he comes back before I go off elsewhere.
radiohead are apparently going to tour the US in the summer. I read that they were denied a permit in Chicago (for a very stupid reason). hopefully they can bare the heat down here, I'd love to see them again even if it means a drive to Atlanta or Ft. Lauderdale. I tried seeing them in Atlanta post-Kid A, and the damn tickets sold out in 30 seconds (I was at a Ticketmaster booth leading up to that, only to learn that they did not issue out-of-state tickets... motherfuckers). Ft. Lauderdale was nice, I was the only one not sick when we saw them post-HTTT (I blame a big plate of steamed veggies in an otherwise mediocre asian restaurant... if you can not do steamed veggies, you're hopeless). Seeing them closer would be nice, seeing them in maybe Atlanta or Miami would be acceptable... seeing them with Spyk would be fucking awesome....
