Real Life Update 9/10
[Typed a few hours ago, but school blocked off Livejournal last year]
Friday - Went home to see my mom and brother off on their trips. I have no idea what we did Friday night. Watched two YouTube videos and just talked a lot.
Saturday - Helped my brother finish up his packing and weighed each suitcase like a dozen times (like the scale would change, what?). Then mom got home from work and made Pho for us to enjoy (my favorite Vietnamese meal! and I think my brother's too). Mom really knows how to make real good Vietnamese food. Then we played a ton of Extreme Skater on my iPod lolololol. I think we all went to bed at 12:30am/1:00am...
Sunday - ... And woke up at 3:00am OTL Airport's like 50 minutes away and their flight was at 6:00am. Mom hasn't been back to Vietnam for 5 years and my brother has never been on a plane. So it was more excited than nervous, but just a bit of nervous :) Better than me when I had to go on a plane to Texas with the marching band - I was totally freaking the EF out while waiting at the airport 'cause I don't like the sensation of falling (but then I found out you don't feel that at all in a plane).
Got back home at 7:00am. Slept until 1:00pm. Got back to TR around 7:00pm. Started my download of BABA AMAZINGNESS OMG (the internet went out at 11:00pm and I only had Part 15 left TT ). Did laundry at around 10:00pm and it didn't finish until 12:30am. More orz.
Monday - Got up at 7:00am. Saw that my brother got safely to Tokyo - Haneda airport at 5am (and didn't get much sleep 'cause he was sitting next to mom... awww... poor brother ;-; ). He has one more flight to the Kansai airport and then he would hit a hotel and then catch the shuttle in the morning to his university. So happy for him! ^__^ Can't wait to see him in Japan in late December!
And now we're about an hour into school. Catch you all later!
