On a lighter note...
You have no idea how frustrated I am. I decided to catch up with the Fullmetal Alchemist manga seeing as I was a tad behind by like 10 chapters. So I was reading along and suddenly I get to the end of chapter 80 and what do I find? Nothing. It was done. There was nothing after that and I was left staring at the screen screaming 'nooooooooooooooo'...I want to know what happens!!
Back to real life now. *giggle* School becoming bearable. When I first arrived I was immediately thrown into the two classes I chose which was Comparative Civilizations and Social Studies 11. I was taking both these courses back at my old school so I wasn't totally new to them, I was just worried that I would be way ahead of them or far behind. In Comp Civ I lucked out because they were just finishing up their studies of Rome which was what I had ended right before coming here so I was a bit ahead which was nice. Now Socials was a much different story. I arrive in class and learn that what they have been studying and what I've been studying have been in the completely wrong order. Great, I thought. Basically both of the curriculum's are reversed and I'm stuck doing independent studies on the stuff they've already learned while they're stuck learning all the stuff I've already studied. Isn't life just grand? But I have to admit. I think I'm better off studying alone because well, I'm good at it. I mean, that was what I was doing while I was staying in Japan; that was all independent studies so I't not worried.
Oh and only 2 more days of classes before Spring Break. These are the perks of being in school still my friends. XD
