New Info from the other side

I've learned from my host sister (currently staying at my house) that my host family here is yet again worried about me.  It's funny how I learn these things through her; if it weren't for each other I think we would have died of stress and out own thoughts.  We're both too shy to talk to one another's families that we just talk through each other; whenever I have a problem I mention it to her and she tells my host mom, vice-versa for her.  It's helped.
This time around though, I think I can handle it.  Basically I was worried that they were still overly sad to talk to, ya know? But if they want me to talk to them, for some reason, now I feel like I can handle it.
Another thing I learned was that, thank God, Aiko knew about her grandfather's death.  I was worried that they still would try and keep a secret from her until she got back.  I would have still been here when she got back so I was worried I'd have to be in the middle of all 'that'.  Thank God she knows though and they my host mother had the respect and smarts to tell her finally.  I know it's probably really hard on her seeing as she's alone, but I'm sure it's better than her getting back and learning it after a few months of his death.
On other news, I finally had my first day of school again yesterday.  3rd year now! Wooooh!  Our new classroom is in the sweet new addition of the school so it doesn't smell bad! We get a few new teachers and from the rumors spreading around our classroom, everyone likes them so that's good.  We don't have Ueno either! *peace sign* We have Nishimura instead which I learned from Aiko that they had him back in 1st year and he was really awesome.  That'll make History class better.
I went to yet another baseball game, with my host dad this time around.  It was the Chunichi Dragons <3 verses Yokohama.  They creamed them so bad!! 6 to 3!!! I was happy.
I also learned that yesterday and today is the Sakura festival (they have bloomed...).  I want to ask my host sister is we can walk over and take a look.  I hear they have games, and toys, food, and all kinds of stuff.  I don't want to buy anything (Aiko told me they can get expensive) but I definitely want to look.  I also want to finally do something alone with my host sister; Aiko also told me that she wanted to be my friend and was worried.  I'm all for talking with her more!

yay, news, school, yay me, baseball
