Joined this group on campus that goes out and helps whoever needs it by doing manual-labour type stuff. Yesterday morning we went out to an older woman's house to wash her windows and do other things around there for her. She was the sweetest lady you could ever meet. She made us lunch afterwards and told us cool stories about when she lived in England and Scotland during the second world war and how she met her husband who, rest in peace, died just last November. It broke my heart when she started to tear up. But I'm so blessed to have met her and we may go back to trim up her trees in her yard. Hope we do. <3
Then I finished the day with working out again and going to work. They called me in early and I stayed late cleaning so I'm super tired still. Then I had to take over someone's shift tonight because she was stupid and quit without any notice. >:(
Now I'm reading texts for a bunch of classes next week and getting a couple assignments finished. This has been such a busy weekend. :(
