After a moment the culprit is found when it lifts its nose from the screen to stare down at the video feed-surprise! It's Dalamar, or for those of you who don't know Dalamar, a fluffy cheetah-esque cat-

There's a sigh as her video feed cuts on, and she's visibly tapping at the lens to draw Dalamar's attention to her. ]

Dalamar. Bad.

Dalamar's ears perk at the tapping, and when the kitty looks down and sees/hears Ava, he stands to lean over just enough to press his nose back down against the screen and start purring again. Which is probably going to make Ava's communicator sound like a really bad cat!version of a darth vader breathing mask BUT...

HE HAS SOME SELECTIVE HEARING LIKE SOMEONE ELSE...]

[ Ava falls silent when Dalamar presses his nose to the communicator, purring into it. Her expression, however, falters just a little, and there's maybe just a hint of a smile before she's rubbing one gloved hand over her face, masking whatever it was that had been there moments earlier.

She leans back over her own communicator, long strands of hair falling over her shoulder as she peers at him through the camera. ]

Shall I come fetch you? [ The camera shifts a little as Ava picks it up, standing, the metal from her sheathed weapon clinking audibly against solid stone. ] I think I'd like a walk, anyway.

[Picks face up off communicator and is still purring quite loudly. It could have been assumed earlier he just doesn't understand anything, but he seems to have understood that suggestion as he's staring at the screen with an almost expectant look, but is definitely waiting patiently.]

[Despite everything though, with how he's been feeling, it gets Zero to laugh. Congrats, bb, for once Zero is smiling a little, and not so bitterly like usual. He nearly chuckles.]

Weirdo. What are you trying to do?

[His ears are twitching again, and he's purring at Zero's laugh. Dalamar looks down at the screen curiously before answering the question with a small 'mew'.

He has no freakin idea. He just stole Caim's communicator. ...Maybe he wanted to play and someone was too tired and passed out to notice.]

[she gives a long, drawn-out "awwww!" and then giggles.]

[have a "myyyyaaaa" response, Rikku, as he pokes his nose around the screen camera again curiously for a source of the sound.]

[she switches to video so he can see her. she smiles and waves cutely, eyes practically sparkling. ohhh, dalamar is so adorable ;~;]

[Dalamar's head tilts a bit at her commentary and her. There's not many girls around and the only other blonde girl with a smile he knows is Caim's sister so... nose presses to screen and there is lots and lots of purring, ok. HE THINKS YOU'RE CUTE TOO, RIKKU /o/]

[Link hasn't ever seen ...this animal before. He'd be sure to come and babysit him. There's a small and soft agasp from him as he watches the animal. From being a farmhand and noticing the animals characteristics, there is something confusing the animal.

The sound of a high-pitched turkey-like noise is in the background. It's the Oocca.

Link can actually speak, it's just that Hylian doesn't seem to be a spoken language.]

[Dalamar isn't used to that, but curiosity is definitely piqued now, and his ears twitch. A small 'mew' reply, just for the hell of it like some animals do when spoken to.

And when he hears the turkey, WELL, he's confused, but starts to gnaw a little at the communicator while purring as if maybe the thing will come out of the screen. DALAMAR LIKES BIRDS. C:]

[There's a soft chuckle and a smile from the mew. Link is used to speaking to animals despite the language barrier anyhow.]

[Stops gnawing after his futile attempts continue for a little longer. So, just a head tilt at Link now. He actually doesn't often see or hear things like that, considering he's usually around Caim. And Caim didn't have many turkey-sounding things around.

But...! Dalamar's curiosity knows no bounds. And if the Oocca is really big like a turkey Dalamar might be realllyyy surprised, too.]
