[Toilet flushed before the lights turned off. Dan allows a bemused expression to cross his face as he wonders what the fuck is going on now. Here he had been fine just waiting in his room, drinking the blood that he had got off Heine, and waiting for whatever little game was coming around now. Hands glossed the sink to wash up, before guiding his way out to find the exit.

[Spike had the same idea after the lights went out -- finally leaving the room to wander the halls (that may or may not exist). Only difference is he's going up instead of down. Doesn't matter much where he goes when he couldn't tell which direction those screams came from. No telling if he's trying to get closer to them, or further away.

When he thinks he sees someone down the hall, he nearly waves until he recognizes who it is. Instead he says nothing, keeps his hands in his pockets, and stands to the side for him to pass by. Funny he'd show up right after someone got murdered.

At least now he knows he's in the right place.]

[This sort of dark was annoying. With it dark outside, there wasn't any real light for his eyes to adjust to. Just shapes and long corridors. It seemed like just the place that those fucking Smiles would show up, but he doubted that he'd have that sort of luck. Still not home, yet. No other feeling of the others in his head, anyway.

He does stop when he hears someone walking toward him. The scythe -- which has yet to leave his possession or person for more than a few seconds -- is leaned up against the wall so that he can start taking aim. He knows very little about the murders that are going around, but he knows that he is not too keen about anyone getting too close to him in this sort of darkness.

The safety clicked off as he starts to fire wildly through the black.]

[Dan. Definitely. That's the reaction he should have expected and shit if he doesn't have time to get out of the way. Smart thing would have been to have his gun out already when he went following mysterious screams.
