Who: Open! (so all of you should come right now) What: Ball Event~! Where: Ask me later, just pretend you know. It's a really nice hall somewhere. When: This evening, January 17th :)
If Zero were at all surprised by the sight of the large feline, the only indication would be his eyes widening by a slight bit. He hadn't quite been able to sense it approaching, as he may have for just about anyone else in the room. It wasn't that much of a surprise, anyway. Zero knew he'd com in contact with the cat sooner or later; he just didn't quite expect it to be at the ball.
Although, if Zero wanted to be honest, even after what he'd seen so far in Nuadoria for six months he'd been here, he found himself somewhat impressed by the animal; even curious, maybe. Then again, it could all be a result of the time he'd spend with Lily, Cross Academy's horse with a particularly nasty personality, that only Zero seemed to be able to handle.
This feline before him, it would seem, felt infinitely more at ease, in comparison.
After setting his drink on the widow sill, Zero crouched down for a moment, at eye level. He'd noticed the item in the cat's mouth earlier on, but only now took the metal box. Briefly placing his free hand lightly upon the cat's head, likely as a gesture of appreciation, Zero rose to his feet again.
It let Zero take the box, giving a light purr at the hand touching its heading-a real easy animal to make happy. It just liked attention, something it wasn't always given anymore due to circumstance. The good thing was that with all these people it knew someone would most likely pay attention to it.
And Zero seemed to be one of the ones willing to do so.
As for the box, Dalamar had been instructed to bring it to Zero and only Zero. What was inside was probably relatively obvious if the other wanted to take a guess: his fulfilled request of the Ice Magister from earlier in abundance.
The large cat's ears twitched in curiosity now, slowly shifting back into a standing position and moving to the window sill, peering up at the glass before nudging the base lightly with its snout. Nowhere near enough to knock it over, just enough to show its interested in it.
