Perhaps she should have attended more balls during the Elizabethan age. They surely would have helped her prepare for this. The dress she had stolen wasn't something she would have kept in her closet, but it was perfect for the night. She always loved wearing white-it usually led people to believe she was some sort of kind person, one who wouldn't ever dream of harming them if they crossed her. After all, the color was a symbol of purity, of clarity

Camouflage had been one of her greatest tactics, and she put it to use in all sorts of situations.

She wasn't quite a wallflower-she simply stayed on the edge of the crowd, weaving between people with a murmured, "Pardon me," if they got in her way. She didn't want to harm them, after all. Scathach had not come to his event to cause trouble-she merely wanted to watch. Watch and learn was the phrase, wasn't it? Well, there was certainly plenty to see, and a small smile flickered across her pinked lips. No doubt she was quite the spectacle, with her terribly pale skin and crimson hair. But she ignored advances, returned stares until the other party looked away, heels clicking lightly with each step.
