Hearing her name, Nill's gaze slowly lifted from the water in the fountain, and over to the owner of the voice that had spoken it. Her blue eyes were still blank, as she stared over at him, and looked him over. He didn't seem all that intimidating, once she saw him in person. He was smaller than he had imagined him to be, and looked young. They were probably close to the same age, although everyone always thought she wasn't any older than nine or ten. She had no intentions of revealing her true age to anyone, not yet. She wasn't the brightest little thing, but she knew enough to be well aware that being a child in such a dangerous place was a good thing. It meant others would watch out for you. When you weren't busy feeding right into the hand of a dangerous individual, that is.

A smile slowly tugged up at the corners of her mouth, and Nill leapt off the fountain, hitting the ground easily and automatically taking off into a run. Skidding to a halt as he began to walk away, her bare toes scraped on the dirt, but she paid the lightly bleeding appendages no attention. She had to catch up!

Puffing out a heavy breath of air, the girl jogged after him, having to rush in order to keep up with him. She peered up at him curiously as they walked, her feet stumbling and scraping over the ground every few seconds. Eventually, she became tired of just walking without knowing his exact plan, and she snaked her hand over in order to tug on his sleeve.
