Ashley had found a good-sized tupperware container to fill with enough cookies so that Hisagi wouldn't have to eat them all at once. She had a feeling she'd have to prod him some to get him to eat them, but he'd scarfed them down fast enough as a kid the day before, so she knew he liked them well enough.
It would have been more pleasant taking a walk if her surroundings didn't periodically seem to shift and change in her perceptions. She nearly ran into a street lamp at one point, but managed not to drop the cookies before reaching the point that had shown as Hisagi's on her map. She knocked, rocking on her feet slightly as she waited.
