I didn't think much of it at the time, but about a week ago almost, a young man came to the apartment asking for Karkat. Given by the suitcases, I thought perhaps he might have been a really adorable, young travelling salesman. Karkat was in India and hadn't told me to expect any visitors or friends, so I'm guessing he hadn't planned this.
Had I known he was a friend I wouldn't have turned him away, but he didn't even explain why he was there. He simply said, "Damn it, KK" and left. Rather curious, really.
But, I saw him shadowing Karkat the other day in a waiter's uniform, so I'm assuming he found someplace to stay and is on his feet.
I'll have to ask about him. He really does seem adorable... if not a bit awkward.
