Grandma's party was tonight. Everyone was in really good moods which is SO nice. Usually everyone is grumpy and stubborn and argumentative. Tonight was pleasant and peaceful. I decided that now that she's older, I really like my little cousin Jessica. She's 12. She watches the food network like me and we bonded over it. My Aunt Lorna wasn't there though. No one really talked about it but it was obvious my grandma was hurt by it and her and my other aunt Janice are fighting. Family drama. It's dumb. I go to college in a few days. Wow. Life moves really fast sometimes.
