A quick question...
I'm new to the community and somewhat new to absinthe, but I have a question regarding all the absinthes available in the US. Are they all liquers? I know traditionally, its a liquor, not liquer. I've had Grande Absente, Lucid, and Le Tourment (if you even consider it absinthe) and they are all liquers. I'm just looking for an authentic taste. I was looking into trying to get a hold on some St. George, but I cannot find out if it's a liquer or not. Being that it's so expensive I wanted to find out first. Thanks for any info.
