Day 22 - Favorite series finale
I'm going to take this to be in the American context where it's the end of a show full stop.
To be honest, I can't think of anything. All the shows I can think of are either still going (or coming back in new forms) or ended with a movie and not with an actual TV show.
I wish I had a good answer for this. But I don't. Before it was announced the series was coming back I would have said Day 5 of Torchwood - Children of Earth because it really wrapped things up enough for it to be the end but also gave it enough room so fans and such to think it could go on. Which it is so it doesn't count.
Firefly and Sex and The City have had movies to wrap up the stories, Glee, Supernatural, Being Human, Doctor Who and Merlin are all still going and there's nothing else I can think of off the top of my head.
