Day 08 - A show everyone should watch
I did struggle with this but eventually settled on:
Merlin

The BBC in recent years seem to be going in this direction of taking well know legends and tweaking them. First it was Robin Hood and now this. It's a change from beofre in that it doesn't just skirt over the younger years of Merlin and skip to him ebing middle age and sage like. Same with Arthur - he's young for a little bit in most stories and then becomes older quite quickly.
This version of the legend is engaging and just brilliant. The cast is superb, the settings are beautiful and the stories work no matter how far fetched they may seem on paper. I'm glad this is being given a chance to shine on BBC and now spreading around the world, I just hope it gets past three series unlike Robin Hood (okay in Robin Hood they did kill off Robin in the final episode)
